The ground floor apartment is located on the impressive Terrazas de La Torre Golf Resort, located in Torre Pacheco, Murcia, Spain. The resort is built around an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course which has a large 6 hectare lake at its centre. The Par 72 course is named Saurines length 6473m. Â
The resort is very well connected being 15 minutes from the beach and Murcia International (Corvera) airport. Â
The apartment is 54 square metres with 19 square metres of terrace and has views of the golf course, extensive gardens and communal swimming pools. The complex has 24 hour, 7 days a week private security, communal pools interspersed amongst garden areas with which to enjoy the good weather. Free parking available close to the apartment.
At the centre of the resort, near the lake lies the town centre which has a Spar supermarket and The 19th Hole Bar restaurant which offers meals and drinks, Ugolf booking and golf shop. There are further bars and restaurants in the local town of Roldan a short taxi ride away.
